    Lemon juice, Orane Juice, Coconu water, Sugar cane juice etc. are very popular in India during the summer season. Water melons are consumed as it is after cooling them so that we can get good fiber along with it.     This is a very comprehensive and very well laid out presentation. You are so correct; we do need to keep hydrated during the heat of summer. You explain why very well. I also like many of the fruit juices on you list including; apple, orange, pineapple. I also like white grape juice. I have never cared for grapefruit juice.
